This website runs on Squarespace. Provider for visitors outside the USA: Squarespace Ireland Limited, Squarespace House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, D08 N12C, Ireland. When you visit the website, Squarespace processes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, the pages you visit and the time of access. Squarespace needs this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you write or call, we use your name, contact details and message only to answer your request and, if you buy a painting, to handle the sale. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a purchase, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when your request is settled, unless tax or commercial law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Links to Instagram and Iazzu

The contact page links to Instagram and to the Iazzu art app. These are plain links: no data reaches these services until you click. After the click, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). A short email to info@annelivanlaak.com is enough.
